To disable the Auto Dial window, follow these steps:

• Double-click your Internet Browser.
• At the Top click Tools, then Internet Options.
• Click the Connection tab.
• Remove any checkmarks for dial-up connections and select Never dial a connection.
• Check Connect using a LAN, if available. If you do not see this option, continue to the next step.
• Click Apply then OK.
